A chakli is a spiral-shaped, savoury, Indian snack. Our chaklis are made of rice flour, rice flour, bengal gram lentils, green gram beans, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, chilli powder, salt, and oil. All the ingredients are mixed together to form a dough. The dough is then squeezed out of a gun and deep fried to create the final product. Chaklis are commonly eaten as a finger food and as accompaniment with drinks or tea. This snack becomes exceedingly popular during the Diwali festival.
